Arguably the most precise shooter of all the Tactifriends, Dan the Penguin can often be found crossing the road with the other Tactifriends and arriving late to dinner dates.
Despite being a penguin capable of handling an Operator, nobody was more surprised than Dan when he tripped through a dimensional portal and found himself as a sweet, cuddly plush here on Omega Earth.
